The visit was fantastic, as the rooms were clean, comfortable and of high quality. Throughout my stay, I found the staff to be extremely helpful, from check-in to check-out. Their efforts ensured that I had an enjoyable stay, making me want to return to this place in the future.

Luxurious & Comfortable

The Piccadily Hotel exudes luxury and comfort. Right from the entrance, they greet their guests with warm smiles and polite manners, maintaining their 5-star reputation. The rooms are designed to be lavish and are priced accordingly. The pool area is also picturesque and perfect for taking photos. I would like to give a special mention to Miss Mahima for her courteous behavior throughout our stay.

One of the best hospitality hotel in Lucknow

Our stay at this place was extremely comfortable, and we were impressed by the courteous and prompt service provided by the staff. The check-in process was smooth, and the cleanliness of the premises was exceptional. The food served was delicious, adding to the overall experience. The hotel's location is convenient, as it is within walking distance of the metro station and a mall, and is also close to the airport, making it an ideal place to stay. We would like to express our gratitude to Mr. Pandey at the front office and Mr. Akshay from housekeeping for ensuring that our stay was comfortable. In my opinion, luxury rooms offer the best value for money.

Heartwarming Hospitality and Exceptional Service

We had a pleasant experience thanks to the service provided by Tanu and her team. After a long flight, we were quite exhausted and didn't even have the energy to go out for dinner. However, the staff kindly arranged some snacks for us and welcomed us warmly. We're grateful for such heartwarming hospitality; it truly meant a lot to us. Piccadily is truly a gem of a hotel. I have been a frequent guest here, and each visit leaves me more impressed than the last visit. The entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. Starting from the reception, Ms. Monika and her manager, Mr. Dushyant, are incredibly helpful in every aspect, from room allocations to catering to our preferences with the utmost respect. The coffee shop team, including Mr. Rituraj, Mr. Mahaveer, Mr. Atul, Mr. Vinay, Mr. Bhagwati, and Mr. Kamlesh, deserve special mention. They take excellent care of guests, ensuring that every meal served is not only delicious but also presented with warmth and hospitality. Their exceptional service is a testament to their commendable behavior.

Hospitality & Stay was excellent.Mr SR Pandey Front Office Duty Manager was very warm and loved the overall gesture.Room allocated was wonderful and we got newly renovated rooms. Thanks To housekeeping team to provide us neat & clean room .We definitely re-visit again.

Wow Experience

Rooms are very good and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and ready to help. Food in buffet has variety which really satisfies and the experience was wow. Recommending anybody travelling to Lucknow for work or leisure. Would request that they add queen size beds instead of separate beds.
